Ready to change your eating habits.. for good?

Have you tried different diets over the years but still aren’t sure if you’re “doing it right?” Are you confused about portion sizes or how to create balanced meals? Do you start every week thinking… “THIS is the week I’m going to be organized!”? Are you ready to transform your eating habits? Eat REAL Good  launches at the end of April- and is open to EVERYONE!

What is the Eat REAL Good Challenge (ERG)?

ERG is a 6 week long nutrition challenge to improve the quality of what you eat as well as teach you how you can effectively plan, prep and portion out your meals! You will be guided through 6 weekly “challenges” – all with the focus of improving your health through nutrition. This is NOT a “diet” challenge- this is about learning how to feed yourself for life. The focus of this challenge is not about fat loss or muscle gain- although making a positive change to your eating habits can definitely cause a change to how your pants fit!

Each week, participants will receive an objective, with steps and accompanying information for how to complete it. By the end of the 6 weeks participants will have a set of nutrition and eating tools that they can put in practice for life.

 

Do I have to make all of my meals during the challenge? Can I still eat at restaurants?

NO, you do not have to make all of your own meals! The beauty of understanding what a healthy meal looks like is that you can understand how to recreate it almost anywhere- at home or eating out! If you live in Barcelona I will also provide a list of healthy restaurants and take-out so it is even easier to enjoy meals out while still sticking to the challenge guidelines!

Does the Eat REAL Good Challenge include individualized meal plans?

No, the Challenge does not include individual meal plans- because the goal is for each participant to LEARN how to create a plan for themselves and for each participant to learn how to créate a healthy meal on their own. With the help of the information included each week, the PDFs and recipes, each participant will learn how to complete the weekly challenges and improve their nutrition for good!

What changes can I hope to see in my health or body during the challenge?

-Though the focus is NOT on changing body composition, participants may see changes ranging from improved energy levels to clearer skin, better sleep quality, fat loss, improved performance in the gym, improved digestion and reduced bloating.

How is the Challenge different than 1:1 Coaching?

The focus of ERG is on improving general nutrition knowledge and providing you with basic tools for planning, cooking and enjoying healthier, more balanced meals. One on one coaching has an individual focus, and is a process in which the client and coach are communicating weekly to create habits to help reach health and body composition goals over a longer period of time.

Can I participate in the Challenge if I am vegetarian/gluten free/paleo, etc?

OF COURSE! All of the recipes in the ERG Guide can be modified to fit different dietary needs, and you may even surprise yourself by learning new cooking methods or recipes that fit perfectly with your lifestyle.

Can I participate if I don’t live in Barcelona?

OF COURSE! All of the content for the challenge is delivered online, and you can communicate with the rest of the Challenge participants through our closed Facebook group- the perfect place to go for support, answers to your questions and motivation!

How much does the Challenge cost and how do I sign up?

The cost for the 6 weeks is 89 euros- only 15 euros a week (less than what you spend on takeout each week!) Also, consider this- more effective meal planning and prepping will save you money at the grocery store, and understanding portion sizes can cut way down on food waste. Not only that, but the Eat REAL Good participant guide of 25+ pages of healthy recipes, meal templates and sample grocery lists is yours to keep.
