Hi! Here’s a sweet and easy recipe you can eat for breakfast, a snack or delicious dessert- maybe with a cup of coffee in the afternoon?  This recipe is an excellent choice if you do not have much time, and these pancakes are delicious. You can easily double or triple the recipe and save extras for later!

Amounts for 1 Serving

Ingredients:

1/3 cup oats (rolled or quick oats)

1 Banana

*¼ Milk/yogurt/kéfir

1 egg

**Cinnamon/Sugar free chocolate chips/Blueberries (Optional)

Process:

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. If you like the texture of the oatmeal flakes do not use the blender, but if you prefer a smoother texture use a blender to mix all the ingredients.

Add some oil into a sarten, very low heat and cover the pan, that way we can use less oil to cook the pancakes.

Flip the pancake when you see the edges start to brown or when you see little bubbles in the middle.

*if you do not want to eat dairy you can skip the use of it with no problem at all, this ingredient is optional.

**you can add other flavorings to the mix to change it up (coconut, nuts, etc). If you do, make sure to add this flavoring or “mix-in” after you have already blended the basic batter
