Hi! I'm your coach, Gillian

I had my own struggles with relationship with food for most of my life… and for years, I thought what I was missing was discipline and self control.

Paleo, macros, intermittent fasting –  I tried so many different approaches to feel in control… and I’d lose weight and gain it back again, because nothing I tried actually worked for me.

No matter what diet I did, I was stuck in a pattern of food guilt, fear, and control.

What actually helped? Learning how to trust myself.

And that’s what I’ve helped my clients do for the last 8 years.

My experience and training includes mindful eating, behavior change, compassion, sports nutrition and Motivational Interviewing.

I combine my years of expertise with personal experience to help clients live a full, meaningful life without food fears, obsession or restriction.

Learn to work WITH your body so you can trust your body’s cues and care for yourself from a place of self respect and appreciation.

Stop acting on autopilot and then thinking… ugh, why did I do that? Learn skills to help you be present and engaged in life, without food being a crutch or holding you back.

Connect:
Let’s start with a free discovery call to talk about what’s going on, what you want, and how I can help.

Clarify:
If you choose to move forward with coaching, you’ll complete a comprehensive intake form and short onboarding process so we’re both 100% clear on what you need and how to move forward.

Dive in:
We’ll co-create a coaching plan based on your goals, needs, and challenges, and through biweekly calls ad weekly check ins I’ll support you step by step as you learn how to trust yourself around food and unlearn old patterns.

Ongoing Support:
I’m here the whole way- you’ll have access to messaging and personalized tools to guide you along the way, even between check ins or calls.

 

I know that struggles with food can be lonely… and you don’t need to do this alone.

What’s included and how much is coaching?

 Coaching includes:

  • Bi-weekly 1:1 coaching calls via Zoom
  • Weekly check ins with personal feedback 
  • Ongoing coaching support via chat
  • Personalized resources and tools to help you learn new skills, challenge old ways of thinking and build confidence in yourself as you progress 
  • Offboarding plan so when you’re done with coaching, you’ll be set up for success. (with option to continue with once monthly calls)
  • 1:1 Coaching rates: $295 monthly (minimum commitment 4 months)

The way I eat and think about food totally changed.

I spent years flip flopping from strict dieting to ‘I’ll just eat whatever I want’… and I was exhausted by mental calorie counting and always feeling like I was letting myself down.

I’m happier eating now, my food guilt is gone, and I have more awareness of what I need, without having to rely on strict rules.

After years of restrictive diets, from eating 6 meals a day to lose weight to trying to count everything I put in my mouth, I thought I’d be stuck in that pattern forever, but thanks to Gillian, I’m not!
