1:1 Coaching
A values-aligned life doesn't include obsessing over food.
Imagine this...
You’re out for dinner with friends… and you’re fully present –not stuck in your head, debating if you deserve to order dessert or trying to do mental calorie math.
The habit of grabbing a bag of chips at the end of a sh*tty day is gone – you’ve got a full toolbox of coping skills outside of food to support yourself when life feels hard
This is what the future can feel like… let’s talk about how you’re going to get there.

Every single aspect of my day to day life has improved since working with Gillian, and I say that without exaggeration.
I missed out on so many life events I wanted to participate in because I was scared to not have total control over my food. Gillian helped me to challenge the beliefs I had, and was patient when I was fearful to try new habits. In the end, I feel much more confident being an active participant in my life.
I used to say no to things in life that I really wanted to do because I was afraid of not being in control of my food. Gillian helped me to finally trust myself to eat healthy without it being obsessive or restrictive.

Hi! I'm your coach, Gillian

I struggled with my relationship with food for most of my life… and I thought I’d ‘fixed’ it when I found macro tracking.
Instead, macros took over. I spiraled into food obsession, fearing other people cooking for me, stressing over the ‘perfect’ macro breakdown… and lost so much of who I was along the way.
Now, I feel completely at ease around food, and haven’t tracked a single thing in years.
Over the last eight years, I’ve studied everything from emotional regulation skills to mindful eating to motivation, and I combine my certifications with personal experience and years of coaching to help you build a healthy relationship with food and self…
My goal is to help you live a full, meaningful life, and trust yourself completely with food.
The Connect Method
Right now you're DISconnected. Your choices are based on what you 'should' do. It feels like you're on autopilot mode - striving every day for more discipline, to be a bit more productive than yesterday.
But it's time for you to feel like you're in charge - not your cravings or your macros.
The Connect Method has helped over 100 women (and a few men!) make the shift from food focused to a healthy, sustainable relationship with food and self.
The Connect Method

What’s Most Important:
What actually matters for a meaningful life? It’s not hitting 100g of protein, or 10k steps.
Your values are the principles and beliefs that are most important to you- and being connected to and taking action on your values helps you become the person you want to be.
Common values my clients hold include connection, family, self-respect, honesty and personal development.
Your body:
A positive relationship with food requires trust and connection with your body… but no one has ever taught you how to build that trust.
Trust in your body = freedom to make choices.
In coaching, you’ll tune in to your body using mindfulness and mindful eating practices, attunement exercises, and body image tools so you can work WITH your body instead of continue to ignore it or fight against it.
The present moment:
Right now- where is your mind? Thinking about what’s next on your to-do list? Feeling a twinge of guilt for what you ate last night?
Connecting with the present moment gets you OFF autopilot mode – and back in charge of your actions.
In coaching, you’ll learn to be present instead of preoccupied, engage with your emotions instead of letting them control you, and take charge of your attention- so you’re the one making choices.
The Connect Framework helps you take back control over your eating, from a place of self-respect, care and trust.

I thought a lot about my nutrition, and now I eat way better than I ever did before... and I do it more consistently!
I learned so much about nutrition, but most importantly how to adjust it to me and my tastes.

Working with Gillian, my stress levels around food went down SO much- my thoughts around food are now more calm, mindful and overall positive.
I feel more connected with my body, and my self talk is so much better! Gillian is a coach that listens to you and understands what you're going through!

The way I eat and think about food totally changed.
I spent years flip flopping from strict dieting to ‘I’ll just eat whatever I want’… and I was exhausted by mental calorie counting and always feeling like I was letting myself down.
I’m happier eating now, my food guilt is gone, and I have more awareness of what I need, without having to rely on strict rules.
After years of restrictive diets, from eating 6 meals a day to lose weight to trying to count everything I put in my mouth, I thought I’d be stuck in that pattern forever, but thanks to Gillian, I’m not!
