I now have eating habits that will stick with me, and skills I can take anywhere. And I think the most important is mindful eating, taking my time and not multitasking when I eat. Over all I’m just a lot more aware of what foods and combinations of food work and don’t work with me which makes eating a lot easier and less stressful.
The way I eat and think about food totally changed. I’m happier eating now, with much less guilt, more awareness and accountability.After years of restrictive diets, from eating 6 meals a day to lose weight, so many myths about what is OK and what isn’t.. and overall years of guilt.
I really thought I had tried everything! I went from feeling like I had hit a total dead end and now had to come to terms with what my age 40+ body looked like because every fad diet I had tried only worked short term and then the cycle started again.
How does it work?
- Schedule a ‘get to know you’ call where we’ll discuss your goals, identify your current roadblocks, and map out how you’ll get there
- Choose your coaching package, start your onboarding process and get access to my private client platform
- Start the process of working towards self-trust with food– you’re in the drivers’ seat, and I’m your guide to offer education, support and the tools to help you change
- Check in weekly on what’s going well and what feels challenging and receive personal feedback + personalized resources to support you
- Biweekly or monthly coaching calls to delve into deeper topics around behavior change, mindset or nutrition
- Ongoing chat support as needed!

Coaching includes:
- Bi-weekly OR monthly 1:1 coaching calls (45 min)
- Weekly check ins with bi-weekly video feedback
- On-demand chat support
- Personalized resources to guide your progress and help you develop self-reflection and self-coaching skills
- Offboarding plan so when you’re done with coaching, you’ll be set up for success. (with option to continue with once monthly calls)
- 1:1 Coaching rates: $295 monthly (minimum commitment 4 months)
- Want to pair your coaching program with specific skills and group support to stop macro tracking or calorie counting for GOOD? 1:1 clients receive an exclusive rate for group coaching access.
