Iโ€™m here to help you simplify healthy eating, feel confident and comfortable in your body, and eat more mindfully so you never have to go on another restrictive diet.

Over a decade ago, I transformed my eating, exercise and lifestyle habits and never looked back.

I’m passionate about nutrition and health coaching coaching because I know how hard it is to stop the cycle of on again, off again dieting and create long-lasting healthy eating and lifestyle habits.

My approach to nutrition coaching is holistic- food is NOT just fuel. Food plays a part in so many different parts of our lives, and in order to truly change your habits for good, we will work together to improve your mindset, stress management, sleep, and overall nutrition habits to transform your lifestyle for good.

My coaching programs are 100% personalized to your needs, preferences, goals and your lifestyle, and I will teach you how to manage your OWN nutrition.
