I’m here to help you become friends with food and your body, so you can create eating habits you can stick with for life.
For most of my life, I wished my body was different, and believed my sweet tooth was something I’d NEVER overcome.
I created Bite Size Nutrition coaching to help you stop the stress, frustration and self doubt around nutrition and body image so you can develop the eating habits and self confidence you’ve been searching for.
I know how tough it can be to break a cycle of on again, off again dieting and to create habits that stick for the long run.
