For most of my life, I wished my body was less curvy, less squishy, and of course, thinner. I also had a MAJOR sweet tooth and felt like I was powerless to say no to sweets.
I created Bite Size Nutrition coaching to help you stop the overthinking, shame and self doubt around food and your body so you can become the kind of person who trusts themselves to eat well and move your body consistently.
I know how tough it can be to break a cycle of on again, off again dieting and create habits that you feel like you can actually stick with through different seasons of life.
